JAF suite 1.1.1 released

Since a lot of people seem to have something open which locks the winscard.dll, i included something which should force to close any handler which access the winscard.dll

If you still get an error please check with this program http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/opened_files_view.html (direct download http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/ofview.zip which process blocks the winscard.dll and close it.
